If I can't finish the sketch I will refund/cancel the commission
I do 3 sketches, any more than that will cost a fee of $5.
Extra character's cost 2/3's the price of the original character. (exta if complexed design)
I have every right to delcine your commission no matter what stage.
Everything must be set in stone during sketch phase (changes...ect.)
I mainly only use paypal for payment! (Either half before sketch then full after or full in total upfront.)
